Bob Dylan announces new album

After a career spanning pretty much all of modern music history, Bob Dylan will have to be considered one of the greatest artists of all time. Not only has Robert Zimmerman been instrumental in changing the musical landscape and political opinions he has also been a constant workhorse.

Now at 71 he is keeping up with the bluesmen of the past by playing on into old age. Last weekend he closed Friday night at Benicassim and now he has announced the release of his 35th album entitled The Tempest. The album was produced by Dylan himself under one of his many pseudonyms ‘Jack Frost’ and will be released on September 11th, through Columbia records.
